The problem solver’s toolkit contains a selection of the best tools and techniques currently in use for designing better products, services and experiences – based on solid evidence. The tools can be used in individual and group settings and are designed to work in an internal and external stakeholder context. This toolkit was designed by the Australian Red Cross.
